Program Basics
EB3 is a U.S. employment-based immigrant visa for skilled workers. WeServ sponsors Vietnamese candidates through SkillX training, ODC experience, and full visa support.
Candidates aged 20–45 with IT or engineering backgrounds, basic English, and GitHub familiarity.
EB3 is not a lottery. It’s a structured, legal pathway with clear steps and employer sponsorship.
Partner Role & Responsibilities
Refer qualified candidates, support onboarding, promote the program, and track progress via the portal.
Yes. You may refer candidates nationwide or globally, as long as they meet eligibility criteria.

Candidate Concerns
Typically 12–30 months. During this time, candidates work at WeServ’s ODC in Vietnam.
WEServ covers legal and visa costs. Candidates invest in SkillX training only.
Yes. EB3 allows spouses and children under 21 to be included in the visa application.
Commission & Performance
Fixed referral fee per qualified candidate + bonus tiers based on volume and conversion.
Quarterly, based on verified candidate milestones tracked in the portal.
Use the KPI Dashboard in the portal to view referrals, conversions, and payouts.
